The key objectives of the project was to create an engaging website that effectively helped to market ASIFMA's existing and new courses. We also needed to build a structured and scalable CMS that enables the ASIFMA team to easily add/edit content, pages, and course overviews. In addition, we needed to create an intuitive interface for browsing and searching courses (by subject level or experience level).
Choice of CMS
We selected Craft and Craft Commerce for this project because of its balance of design flexibility and development stability. Craft allowed our design team to forge a UI design that perfectly matched the existing ASIFMA global site and helped create a distinctive digital identity moving forward.
As the client had a small operations team that would manage the platform upon completion it was also important for us to choose a CMS that was easy for the client to manage content and simple execute to process sales. Craft Commerce met these needs perfectly!
This build used some staple plugins to help with performance and upkeep (such as SEO, schema, and Super Table) of content and the platform itself.
Butter created a highly professional new site, fitted with simple and sleek animations to match their new division identity. This new site has let ASIFMA Education & Training's courses speak for themselves due to them being highly pan-Asian, supporting all their member.
